The Online Complaint Management structure is an organizational framework for assessing, separating and responding to protests. Online Complaint Management System gives an online strategy for dealing with the issues looked by the people from the affiliation. The standard motivation driving this undertaking is to help the workforce in getting their issues grasped online without leaving to the Data Entry Operator (DEO) dependably until the issue is settled. By this system, the workforce can save their time.
