Nature Of Tourism Employment In Himachal Pradesh With Reference To Shimla District
Tourism industry acts as a powerful agent of both economic and social changes. It stimulates employment and investment, alters structure of an economy, contributes to foreign exchange earnings and maintains favorable balance of payment. The money spent by the tourist in a country is turned over several times in the process; the total income earned from tourism is a number of times more than actual spending. Tourism also plays an important role in eradicating the unemployment. It created many jobs specifically in hotel industry, hospitality industry, service sector, entertainment, transportation industry etc. which gives an opportunity for trying new tasks and learn new skills. This paper empirically identifies the occupational preferences and different kinds of tourism occupations in study area.

Analytical Method Development And Validation Of Assay Of Anticoagulant Drug Edoxaban By Rp-hplc Method
The aim of this study is to develop a sensitive, specific, rapid, and precise reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) method and validate it for Edoxaban an anticoagulant drug. The chromatographic separation was achieved on the analysis of the drug was carried out on Agilent 1100 Series HPLC Isocratic System with Auto injector, UV (PAD) detector, C18 column (4.6mm x 250 mm; 5 µm), a 20µl injection loop and running Chemstation software. Different solvents of varying polarity in different proportions were tried as trial and error as Mobile phase for development of the chromatogram. The selection of the wavelength was based on λ max obtained scanning of Sample solution in MeOH. The system gave the good optimized result, resolution & optimum retention time with an appropriate purity, tailing factor, Theoretical plates and symmetry. Therefore optimized method with HPLC column C8 along with runtime of 7 min, Mobile phase Methanol, flow rate 1.5ml/min, The column oven temperature maintain at 35 °C, the PAD detector maintain at 289 nm with good optimized result, effectively, successfully, efficiently, resolution and Retention time 2.058, Theoretical Plates 5685, Symmetry Factor 0.81 and purity 996.41. The developed method was validated as per ICH guidelines and found to be specific, precise, sensitive, and robust.

Directional Change’s In India’s Exports Since Post Liberalization
This paper analysis the trends in India’s Directional Change in Exports using the time series data for the period 1990-1991 to 2019- 2020.The Government of India introduced economic reforms since 1991 especially in the export import sector mainly concentrating on the trade avenue, therefore, in order to see the impact of economic reforms on export sector particularly in the regions and directional changes witnessed during the post reform period 1990-1991 to 2019- 2020. The period has been divided into seven sub-periods 1990-‘91, 1991-‘96, and 1996- ’01,2001-’06,2006-2011,2011-2016,2016-’20. In order to calculate the growth rate, the regression equation used was Yt = Yo (1+r) t, where, YO=the beginning value of Y, Yt = Y’s value at the time t, r=the compound rate of growth of Y. The study showed that the India’s Directional Change in Exports during post –reform period improved significantly and there has been a perceptible change in volume and value paved a way for increased quantum of exports ,increase in directions, and a change and addition of new regions, However ,as it is seen from the study it reveals that India’s Global Share of world exports not increased in directions and it is still not up to the planned expectations.

Effect Of Joyful Psychoneurobics In Managing Excess Weight Problems Among Individuals
Obesity is classified as a chronic disease. Obesity is not only a disease in itself, but it can lead to number of serious and potentially life threatening conditions. Carrying extra fat leads to serious health consequences such as cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, arthritis and some cancer. These conditions cause premature death and substantial disability. Dealing with obesity is a struggle in itself and with this paper we aim towards finding non medicinal solutions to the same.

To Study The Effect Of Psychoneurobics Spa On Total Health Management
Health is discussed in different ways in the field of Yoga. The Yogasutra of Patanjali presents optimum health as a state of mind that is alert and in peace at the same time. This state is termed as citta vrtti nirodha, the very definition of Yoga. So from one perspective health may be defined to achieve and refrain in a state of Yoga where the mind is able to achieve its full potential and at the same time be relaxed.

Understanding Thatha In Atulya Misra’s Oxygen Manifesto : A Battle For The Environment
Thatha was a simple boy in an ordinary family living near Moreh, Manipur and he was feeling sick at the merciless destruction of natural resources in the name of urbanization. He, going against the prevailing trends of life, tried single-handedly to change the desolate look of the locality and the adjoining areas by planting seeds in the slopes of hills. His love for nature and animals and his simple and dignified life style inspired the environmentalists and experts across the globe. He was a man of exceptional intelligence who considered the seeds are the most valuable assets in one’s life.

Assessment Of Surface Water Quality In Machanpally(V),mahabubnagar(Dist.) Telangana State
The quality of surface water usually described according to its physical, chemical and biological characteristics. Rapid industrialization and indiscriminate use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides in agriculture are causing heavy and varied pollution in aquatic environment leading to deterioration of water quality and depletion of aquatic biota. Due to use of contaminated water, human population suffers from water borne diseases. It is therefore necessary to check the water quality at regular intervals. Parameters that may be tested include temperature, pH, turbidity, salinity, nitrates and phosphates. The main aim of our project is to improve the quality of the waterto be used for the daily domestic purposes. However, the health concerns and maintaining some essential minerals should be our basic priority during the improvement of the quality in order to check the water quality at regular intervals to improve the quality of the water to be used for the daily domestic purposes.

A comparative study on the effect of ultrasound and interferential therapy for peri arthritis of shoulder (adhesive capsulitis)
A total of 20 patients who fulfilled the eligible criteria were randomly allocated to control group and experimental group using block randomization. Experimental group patient received ultrasound and control group received interferential therapy separately. Both the groups were given Codman’s exercise, Finger ladder exercise and passive capsular stretching. VAS and UEFI were taken for both the groups before and after treatment as outcome measures. Comparison of outcome measures was done between both the groups after 2 weeks. There is no significant difference between experimental and control groups in terms of UEFI (p= 0.676) and VAS (p=0.467) scores at 14th day of intervention. Within group comparison showed significant improvement in UEFI (p= 0.009 for control and p=0.005 for experimental group) and VAS (p= 0.010 for control and p=0.005 for experimental group) scores at 14th day of intervention.
